Ive had several people ring me on mobiles to state when they call from a landline to our landline, they get a beep or number not recognised message.
Yet people who call from mobiles can get through, we are losing business like this 😞

As a BT Business customer, they have their own business forum https://business.forums.bt.com/
This is the residential forum, the services are provided differently, it sounds like you have a routing/porting problem but the BT Business team can investigate properly.
