Yesterday I received a constant stream of calls on my landline from a withheld number. As soon as it stopped ringing it would start again seven or eight times. Once I answered but there was nothing there, either human or recorded.
This morning I went into Call Protect and tried to block it but always got he following message
@northshields There could be a temporary system fault or error. In the meantime, if you are perhaps not fully familiar with call protect and its functions, see thread:
Kimberlin.
Thank you for that reply. It is certainly possible that it was down to a line fault although I suppose (for no very good reason) that I expected that in that case it would have shown as number unavailable rather than withheld.
