Call Protect - last call number not showing

Still got the faulty line and one of the numbers that didn't show on Call Protect showed on both yesterday, so that kills off the line fault theory.

totally off topic :  The line not fixed yet was due to multiple system(or user) issues in BT , for some reason it wouldn't log the fault correctly for the call handler, so no engineer assigned and it closed the fault.  Took them about 30 minutes to get it booked today.

Tried to use Call Protect, and as usual, BT said " Call unrecognisable" so can't be saved to my block list.

No solution offered by BT yet, been going on for over 8 months.

I phoned my landline yesterday and could see it on Caller ID , but not on Call Protect.

Phoned again today and could see it on both
