Without wishing to Jinx Call Protect, its been behaving extremely well recently.
Strange that BT support never communicated to us that they have resolved a lot of the issues reported to them over the last year.
What will I do with my free time now !

It certainly seems that BT/EE have fixed something with Call Protect. Not only can I now access it online as well as via the app but the number of spam calls I am getting is also hugely reduced. It has taken far too long to get to this point but I guess it simply wasn't a priority for them.
Same here--We are getting far fewer scam calls than a couple of months ago, barely one a week now, whereas it used to be several a week.
Hello! I'm the same. Calls are showing up on the website and spam calls received are , dare I say it, down to 1 a month tops.
Whilst the scam calls are down, it wasn't just scam call numbers not showing, but any call number. I think someone has found a problem in the code and fixed it.
Yes indeed Pete. As you say, it was all types that regularly didn't show up. Although it has taken us a year to get to this point! Let's all stay in this thread though as I'm sure something will crop up!
Well, I had a spam called earlier. I knew we'd jinx it😂 It was from a number beginning 02477. You'd have thought that type wouldn't even have got through. It did show up in the calls received though.
I had a spam call on the 5th which was picked up by CP and easily blocked. I have had no more since then, unlike a few months ago when there were several calls every day.
It's probably unreasonable to expect that we'll never receive any more spam calls as the perpetrators keep finding new ways to avoid detection.
At least now it seems that ALL incoming calls are once again being picked up by CP so any spam can be easily blocked.
Indeed Swatty. I've only had a couple of spam calls so far this year so can't really complain.
