I knew I shouldn't have said it was all working fine. I can't get into Call Protect online this morning and my Blocked List is full. I can access it on my mobile but it's much more tedious freeing space on the Blocked List this way. I wonder how long it'll be out of action online this time...
It did this the other week using the BT App (Android), but was OK via a web browser and browser on a PC. It got corrected a few days later.
Thanks, Pete. Fingers crossed it's only a temporary glitch!
Apart from not liking the new presentation of the BT app or webpage to look at Call protect etc, I've got the issue of the last call not showing on the recent calls list. It shows correctly on the phone itself, and I did speak to the person.
Anyone else got this problem. It seems like the same issue BT created a year or two ago and they've made the same error again. Took ages to get it sorted last time, and I went the only person with the issue.
@WoodbridgePete You have created literally almost the same thread as you did 2 years ago and that turned into a mammoth thread which managed to string itself out for an entire year. For anyone reading this, here's the thread:
If you have issues with this, then you have to speak with BT.
Yes, the issue is back again
@WoodbridgePete Appreciate that, but with respect, there's no need to create another thread on the same subject, just add it to your existing thread. Threads on this forum never close unless locked by a Moderator.
I have merged your threads to save repeating the same answers that you were given previously.
Hello Woodbridge Pete! Well, with me, ever since they changed me over on 12th February, I've been unable to access Call Protect on both the app or online. All I have access to is my bills! So I just have to make do with limited access via the handset.
All these posts against a backdrop of call protect being completely useless in stopping nuisance calls
