Call Protect - setup & manage website buttons not working

I'm trying to set up Call Protect for my landline (not yet Digital Voice-enabled).

The webpage https://www.bt.com/landline/calling-features  has two buttons: 'Set Up Call Protect' and 'Manage Call Protect'.
Both of these just go to https://www.bt.com.

Could you please advise - thanks.

Don't bother, it's only useful for blocking genuine numbers, it won't stop scammers that spoof an infinite amount of numbers. The only way to stop scammers is whitelisting, not blacklisting.

I'll get this fed back to the relevant team. You should be able to set up call protect through My BT under the 'your products' section. If you need help, our customer support team are on hand to help get it set up from our side for you.
