Call Protect

I have Call Protect - it seems to have blocked a number that I do not want to block. All the help I have seen suggests I go to MyBT and use the Call Protect page to see a list of blocked numbers and manage the snag from there.

However, there doesn't seem t be a call protect page on MyBT - I can find a page gelling me that I need to use My BT and the steps needed to unblock a number but I can't access the page! I have tried using the MyBT app on my phone which seemed better but then couldn't access the page "there seems to be a fault, try later".

Not very helpful!!

Go to my BT

Click on my products

Select landline 

And there you'll find manage call protect

Many thanks - in fact I had done all that but the page that should have then loaded [as it did today] didn't - it just gave an error message!
