I have a problem receiving calls on my BT Landline from a family member's BT Landline . When my family member calls my number she is unable to connect. However, I can call her number from my landline and she is able to call all other numbers, BT or otherwise. I have checked that my phone and line has not blocked her number. Has anyone ever experienced this and have any solutions? My family member is elderly and frail and not being able to reach me on her landline is causing her great anxiety.
