Call diversion on PAYG Digital Voice

From the. BT website:

"The Call Diversion service is free for Digital Voice customers.

Calls diverted to a BT mobile, BT Landlines or BT Digital Voice services are all free"

So here's my situation. I have a newly installed Fibre 500 service with PAYG Digital Voice.

I would like to set up a call diversion from my BT home phone to my BT mobile.

The clip above seems to say that this would not incur any charges, but information elsewhere on the website and on this forum suggests that I may be charged for the diverted calls (PAYE).

Quite a lot of info on the website is well out of date so I'm asking if anyone can tell me what the current position is.

TIA

I was never charged for any diverted calls to my BT mobile while I had one

Thanks @Les-Gibson

Are we talking about recently, and were you on PAYG?

Re: Call diversion on PAYG Digital Voice

I changed networks almost a year ago now and haven't used call diversion since.

My DV line was indeed PAYG but I decided there was no benefit to a landline which was guaranteed  to fail if the power went off so I diverted all my landline calls to my BT mobile while I did the necessary to wind it down. Each call that was diverted was itemised on my bill but there was never any charge.
