This is a similar query to a couple already raised.
My Mum has dementia and, sadly, has now moved into a care home. She has no mental capacity and I, as her daughter and Attorney, manage her affairs. I have Power of Attorney for Finance & Property and need to cancel her BT landline contract. I can find no information on the BT website as to what to do in these circumstances nor who to contact. Can someone please signpost me to the appropriate points of contact so that I can sort this out as soon as possible?
