I've just started the changeover from BT to EE and unfortunately the connection has failed. I have an Openreach engineer coming on Monday and in the meantime the support people asked me to reconnect the BT router and use the EE Bridge which is fine. However, the have now disconnected my landline and I've tried connecting it to the router but I get a message telling me there is a fault. So, should my phone work using the EE bridge?
Thank you for any help. This has not been a smooth experience, and I'm dreading changing my mobile!
If you have moved your broadband service to EE, then they have their own forum.
They may be able to sort out the issue with your phone, which will be Digital Voice.
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
