Charges for Voicemail

Recently recieved a notification telling me that my charges for digital voicemail will increase to £4.03 per month however as I am on DigitalVoice, acording to the BT Website, this service should be free ... am i about to be charged for a 'free' service or is this a mistake?

The BT Digital Voice Mail Essential is free with digital voice. If you have Enhanced Voice mail there is a fee.

If you call BT 0800.800.150 they should be able to advise you why you are being charged if you only have Voice Mail Essential.
