We've completed our cloud phone set-up for our business that we took over and our phone numbers have finished porting across.
Unfortunately, we found out that due to the new set-up, we cannot use the old Cisco ATA that was in use before from the old owner for caller ID on our POS system. The first person we spoke to say we would need to order a new Cisco ATA that would be configured to our system at £75.
Later, we called again and the second rep said it would cost £110 due to the type of contract.
If anyone has order a new ATA, can they confirm the cost? Thank you!
