Crackly line, again

Hello,

I have a crackly landline, once again. This seems to occurs every few years. It has been happening for about 8-10 years now.

The fault is usually a joint up the telegraph pole.

Please help repair it, once and for all.

3 times in 9 years isn't bad going really, however the network is owned by Openreach, so they will need called by your ISP to report this.

I have the same issue, I have an underground feed and every 2 years or so the joint needs replaced, BB goes flakey so a quick call and it's replaced before a total loss of broadband happens.
