I received some emails about 5/6 weeks ago to tell me I was migrating to DV, a few days later I received a new hub and handsets and have these all set up however my service does not seem to have migrated.
Ive spoken to customer service 8/9 times now overt he past few weeks and im no further forward if or when I should migrate.
Ive been told there was a problem with my orders and it looks like multiple orders were placed automatically and failed, then I've been told no orders have been raised, I've been told my migration is paused, and then later that it wasn't and id be migrated in a week.
Is there a specific department dealign with migrations I might be able to speak to direct to gain clarity

The Digital Voice migration has been suspended in some circumstances and it may be affecting your migration.
Just a quick update finally got to the bottom of this and the migration has not been paused for those who were already inflight and have recieved the kit, mine is now migrating in the next week or so
