Sorry to have to raise this old chestnut again but with CityFibre currently going live in our area BT are sending out quite attractive offers to avoid losing good customers. In my case they are offering to move us from fttc to Fibre 100 at no extra cost. The offer includes digital voice, which is ok with us as we already use DECT phones, but nothing is said about landline number, which we would definitely want to retain. Ours is an old BT number which has previously had to be retrieved from other ISPs so I wouldn't expect a problem, but are there any guarantees?
