Bt still have not fixed my landline to accept incoming calls since digital switch over. Line was cut off on January 26th this year by mistake. Then on Feb 10th I was able to make outgoing calls only. I am elderly with health problems and need people to be able to return calls made on landline. I have phoned many times. Been given various different excuses. Fobbed off with promised of return calls and fixes. Open reach engineer came .no problems with set-up. His ee mobile was able to connect and ring home phone but no other providers are able to connect. Apparently when I tell bt they try to ring me and get the ringing tone their end but my phone does not ring. Please help.me.Lynn
