Digital voice cables

Hi all I'm still trying to get this digital voice set up but now need a male to male wire from green part of the smart hub 2 to the bt digital adapter do bt supply these please

You do not connect those together, they are separate phone connections.

You can connect one phone to the back of the home hub 2, and another phone to the DV adapter phone socket.

the DV adapter connects wireless using DECT to the SH2  no wiring required  just pair to SH2

Done all the set up the phone says can't make or receive calls no Internet connection

have you checked in hub manager the DV is active  your phone number is shown in hub manager and will show as active

if just moved to DV you may need to restart the SH2

Hub manager is saying phone not configured after multiple restarts

until your phone number in SH2 shows active you are not on DV 

try phoning CS 03301234150 and see if they can help you get connected
