Hi - having major issues with Digital Voice since installation in March. Symptom resembles a microphone fault on the handset - the calls don't drop but the caller on the other end can't hear you 90% of the time (true of both inbound and outbound calls).
Digital handset is located within 2m of the router without any obstacles - so not a range/proximity issue.
Have swapped out all hardware at least twice to rule out hub, port, cabling and handset issues. Broadband has been tested twice on-site by Openreach and is stable - other internet voice calls absolutely fine (Teams, WhatApp etc).
BT really struggling to diagnose fault - have sent engineer on site and reset the Digital Voice service remotely but the issue remains.
Any ideas?
