Can anyone help? Quite frankly I'm losing the will to live dealing with BT. I hope someone can actually sort this as it has been going on for a month, and I never had this sort of issue with Sky broadband. The amount of bs that my elderly mum has had to endure from BT over the last few weeks is beyond belief. Are BT really so incompetent? Even when mum requested "no paper bills", she's received one and had £3 taken from her bank for the privilege.

So my mum has transferred from Now Broadband to BT Essentials. Quite honestly I wish she hadn't bothered as BT are horrendous. She can't receive any incoming calls, but she can make calls. I've been in touch with BT over 15 times. Four different engineers, and still the same issue. She's been told that "it must be down to the other people's phones" (no I'm not joking), "it's the fault of the other company"...I've heard so many excuses.

My mum just wants this sorting. If Sky broadband can sort my broadband and call package from day one, and I live in the back of beyond, how come BT can't? Please sort this out, otherwise it's time to find another company that CAN deliver.
