User guide says "Before you put new rechargeable batteries in, check which type you need. On the bottom of the handset charger, the label will say Type A or Type B."
No Type A or Type B on the bottom of my handset charger. Is there any other way to find out which it is?
Of course, I can take the original supplied batteries out and look but is there some other information I need?

Re: Essential Digital Home Phone Types
Thanks for the reference to differences. I had seen this.
However, there being nothing on the base of the chargers to tell me whether my phones batteries are type A or Type B this doesn't help much.

Re: Essential Digital Home Phone Types
You'll know from the mAh of the batteries, 850mAh refers to Type B. However, as said in the other thread, there is no problem in charging either type of handset in either base.
