I have a Digital cordless BT phone with EE being the broadband provider (Model K5-F91 TAM). Why does it not accept the BT answer phone (I only get messages by dialing 1571) and why can I not use the keypad to select choices which are given to me by service providers.
I was with Sky before and all worked swimmingly, until I switched to EE. An EE technician came to look at the problem but couldn't solve it.
