Over the last couple of months, I've received 'Exclusive Offers'. The problem being. They have no content, other than an URL to my BT Account. My Recontract isn't due 'til the New Year.
I've had a look at the Exclusive Renewal Offer' front page, and it only shows 'Broadband' prices. I'm on a 'Call Package', I guess that's it appears somewhere in the subsequent 'clicking' process. Accessing the BT Consumer Price Guide, I can work out what the whole 'Exclusive Renewal Offer' will actually cost, Broadband & Call Package. The Total price of the Renewal Package is more than I'm paying on my Current Contract.
WHY WOULD I WANT TO RENEW EARLY ?
Why isn't anonymous comprehensive information included in the emails and letters; so that, customers can easily make measured decisions.

Maybe because measured decisions are dangerous; they might lead to lower prices.
