FTTP and DV
I have just had FTTP with Halo 3 installed and I'm told DV is ready. Do I need to have the SH2 connected to the old landline to get DV or just the DV adapter. The old phone socket is not near the ONT and SH2. Thanks in advance.

Re: FTTP and DV
Just the DV adapter.
Log onto the router & check that DV is actually active first though to save frustration. BT telling you the line is active & it actually being so are not necessarily the same thing.

Re: FTTP and DV
Thanks rbz5416. The DV section is showing not configured. I'll put my feet up and wait a while.

Re: FTTP and DV
There's some anecdotal evidence that a factory reset of the SH2 can help things along, so might be worth a try.
The big issues seem to be around porting in a number from another provider & sometimes even within BT.
