So I have my service moving to Digital Voice in the next day or so but I haven't received my Digital Voice adaptor because the order is still open and in a failed state.
I was hoping that it would get corrected by BT but it seems not.
I'm reticent to ring up to try and sort it out as I'd rather get the digital voice order sorted first and out of the way as despite me losing my zero charge inclusive call plan I am looking forward to the change to DV.
My only concern is will the failed open order stop the DV migration completing successfully and will it stop me changing my service/package later.
Any advice welcome.
just try re-ordering the adapter once your DV is active
Or move your phone closer to the router so it can plug directly into the phone socket on the router .
