Have had a fault on line for nearly 2 weeks. Initially could not dial out, or receive calls. Fault was logged and 'fixed', but then could only dial out . Fault again logged, but still not fixed (3 working days now passed + weekend). Have logged by text, and tried dialing 0800800151 but dont seem to be able to speak to an actual person to find out what the issue is. The phone is my 84 year old mothers so need to be able to make contact. Also want to claim some compensation for lack of facilities ?

Have you reported the fault on the Report and track your BT problem page? If so, you can track the progress of the report.
