Hi I received text message from bt saying I wanted to cancel my phone service. This is not the case. Said I have to phone a number by 2pm tomorrow or they will cancel it. 

any help would be much appreciated

Hi I received a text message this morning from “BT” it said that I was stopping my bt service and they’d be sending me a letter. I haven’t asked to cancel it. I have to phone 08007834787 by 2pm tomorrow to stop this cancellation. Is this a scam?

Suspect it is a scam, but call customer services
0330 1234 150 to make sure.
