How do i order bt digitail voice if i recevied letter

how so di order ny equpiment if i recieved letter and leaflet 

telling me to go to the bt shop to order an adapter  bt equipment 

can i still get the free phone

Free phones are no longer available.

Adapters are not a requirement, any phone or cordless (DECT) base station can simply be plugged into the hub. The adapters are simply a portable phone socket to provide service for a corded phone.

yes i no this but my phone isnt in the same place as my router
