I have 4 BT Digital voice handsets, only two of the handset's ring all connected to smart hub by wif

I have 4 BT Digital voice handsets, only two of the handsets' rings all connected to smart hub by Wi-Fi and show incoming call on display.

your phones connect to the SH2 using DECT not wifi - this has been covered many times on the forum

Thank You, I did think my question was clear, I have 4 handsets only two ring on incoming call, question is why?

I suspect the 2 that don't ring have been accidentally configured not to. Check the settings.

Failing that, try de-registering them from the hub and re-register them.

They could be faulty, they may have the ‘ringer’ set to ‘off’ , the batteries inside them may be  past it .
Try changing the battery, check the ringer settings , reset to factory settings and pair them to the hub again.
There is nothing special or magical about these phones , they are essentially no different to any other DECT cordless phone system.
