Hi Guys
I've just upgraded from BT broadband to BT Full Fibre, i purchased a new phone (BT Advanced Digital Phone - Alexa built-in) from the BT website at the same time as upgrading to Full Fibre.
The engineer has not long left, I've found that i can make calls from my new landline phone but if i call my landline from my mobile, my landline doesn't ring.
I've tried registering the phone twice now with the BT Smart Hub 2 by pressing the wps button on the smart hub but i get the same issue each time. I just wondered if anyone else has had this issue and if they were able to resolve it?
The old landline phone has been completely disconnected.

It's now working, i just tried calling my landline again and it's now ringing, i guess it just needed a little bit of time.
