Was wondering if I still need to pay for landline to be able to use the fibre optic broadband.
Been paying the landline for years and years and I don't even use my home phone anymore but I'm still paying the landline cost. Happy to cut the landline and still have BT broadband if it's possible.

You can remove telephony and become a broadband only customer, you will save the cost of your calling plan , that’s typically £3 /month for the PAYG call plan, more if you pay for the Unlimited Minutes plan .
hopefully you are not one if those that think that if a broadband and telephone package costs (for example) £30 ,it’s broken down into approximately £20 ‘line rental’ and £10 broadband so removing ‘line rental’ removes the majority of the fee .
