We have a pair of Panasonic KX-TGC312EB cordess phones, with the master base station plugged into our Smart Hub. This setup keeps a list of recent callers and also identifies callers from its internal phone directory, and has been working fine for over 8 years.
However, both the list of callers and the caller ID function have stopped working; it took me a little while to realise that the last entry in the caller list was the day before my contract was renewed. However, I have exactly the same Digital Voice features that I had previously so I am baffled what is going on.

Is it possible Caller Display has become disabled on your account? If you check the link on this page for adding it you should be able to see if the call feature is enabled currently. If it disabled, enabling it should fix the issue.
If it is showing enabled might be worth removing and re-adding it to see if that fixes the issue.

That worked perfectly - I removed Caller Display then went back and re-added it again.
