Landline manager not working

Tried to add a feature but just got 

"We're launching something new

We’ve got some changes to make to our website, but we'll be back up and running again soon.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience."

Not very helpful

Any chance someone can thump the side of the programmer and get it sorted

It did eventually work, 3 days later, and then timed out because I took the time to fill in the requested email/phone number. I understand the server has limitations and high demand but we are not all high speed typists. Eventually got caller id returned to my phone but still don't get why it was removed and why it takes half a dozen pages to say the same thing before anything happens, and then ends at a dead page with no return link. Seems BT needs a website designer to sort it all out and make it easier to navigate. Thank you for your reply/
