Keyboard error - should have said 'why has it changed'. Anyhow - it is not a cordless phone, it is wired. My issue is the phone works ok, but no longer displays any call info. No call list and no numbers from the caller as they are ringing. All this only started recently, so I dont know why. As we have changed to digital voice I am asking if it is that, that has caused the phone to stop displaying. One reply suggested i have to set something in MyBT, I can't find how to do that - and there is no help on the site. I can't get through to BT - so that is why i asked here.
you still not said if you connect phone to socket on back of Hub then it works as expected with caller information. if it does then adapter problem
A BT2200 is a cordless phone , a BT Decor 2200 is a wired phone , so presumably you have a Decor 2200, but they don’t seem to have the nuisance call features you say you have , so that’s strange , the one on the link is clearly a cordless phone .
As stated , connect directly into the hub , if it works there and not via the DV adapter , you either put up with the limitations of the DV adapter to be able to have the phone where you want it , you relocate the phone to be near enough the router to connect directly , or you wire an extension socket from the hub socket and use that .

Go to MyBt > Your products > Click Manage in Digital Voice section > Click Manage in Cancel calling Features > Click Continue > Click on caller display

No option for manage call features
Ok - in order to get the display to work again - even though it worked before the upgrade - you have to order it. You do that by placing an order - its free - but you still have to order it! Talk about making something complicated.
Anyhow the display works again - so there was nothing wrong except it was stopped till we ordered it!!!!
Sometimes you have to wonder who actually works in Bt to create these systems.
