My landline has gone completely dead this morning, i keep trying to report a fault but every online or text help wants the number with fault, then say they will call us back, but how can they went there is a fault - loody stupid. i have tried to give my mobile for then to respond to on but they wont accept a mobile for a landline fault.
how am i ment to get this sorted. please help. is there a number i can speak to a person on that can help.
are you a BT Broadband customer and if so could you have been moved to digital voice?

Do you have an alternative phone, like a mobile, you can call from?
You can find the contact number, as well as checking service status and a line test on our Contact us about landline and Digital Voice technical support page.
It's always worth switching your router off for a few minutes and back on again first.
