My landline stopped working on Friday afternoon. Raised with the online Saturday lunchtime said there was a fault on the line, case closed at 5pm on Saturday but landline still not working.
Phone number on email closing case doesn't work!
How do I progress this and get my landline working

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
If you raised the report on Friday, it should be resolved by the end of Wednesday this week.

I've logged into that now it says should be fixed by Thursday!
I was just concerned when they sent the closure notice that they weren't doing anything about it.
Its normally three working days for a residential customer.
If your broadband is fine, then its probably going to be a fault in the exchange.
