Landline

My 87 year old brother-in-law is disabled and when speaking to his nephew last night the line kept cutting out and he was unable to carry on a conversation the number  is 0********** His  name is ********** and he lives at ***** ****  ****** ******* his mobile phone has no signal where he lives so if he had to receive an urgent phone call or make one in an emergency he would be unable to.
