I had a notification from to say my landline will move to Digital Voice at begining of March 2022. I had card to advice about free equipment, which I have got already. E-mail said that they will send about when my landline will be transfer to Digital Voice, but todate I have not received to when it will be done.
Does anyone know what is lead time from receving intial e-mail as to move from landline to DIgital voice?
there are other similar posts and time seems to vary from few days to weeks or even few months. you can only wait until you are advised

I just tried to phone to request Digital Voice, after being put on hold numerous times interspersed with some very hard sell of mobile services even though I said I wasn't interested, I was told DV was not available to me as only have FTC not FF. Are there any alternatives to BT that offer a VOIP service?
Why would you actually want to have BT Digital Voice, as it tied to your BT service and the BT Smart Hub 2? Its not a true VOIP service which you can use on VOIP enabled phones, if that is what you are after.
