Line cord error
Hi suddenly have line cord error on my three home phones. Nothing has changed with setup. Looking on here it seems to to be a problem with phone base or connection. Having been onto BT they didn’t suggest this at all and have said it’s a telephone line problem, have done all sorts of tests and am now waiting for home line experts. I’m a bit comfused why BT wouldn’t have suggested the telephone base etc.

Line cord error simply means no line connection to the base station. The cause of which could be anything.
Try a corded phone in the master socket.

No we haven been converted but due any time which is what I thought had happened and unplugged everything plugged phone into router but then found I could log into hub manager online and that says we aren’t digital voice yet. Put everything back and same message. It seems strange as nothing has changed. Will try and borrow corded phone.
