Multiple Analogue Devices and Digital Voice

I am looking to upgrade to Full Fibre and keep my landline.  I have a Smart Hub 2 system.  I have an old Vocaliser on my alarm system which works well but is an analogue device with DTMF dialling (I think).  How can I connect both this and my current multi-handset phone system to keep the functionality of both?

Many thanks, Mike

Re: Multiple Analogue Devices and Digital Voice

Hi @MikeS5 Thanks for posting, you'll need to contact your alarm company to see what needs to be done when you change to digital voice. They'll be aware of the digital voice switchover and should have solutions in place.

What handsets do you currently have connected? The Smart Hub 2 has a phone socket so it essentially becomes your master socket, you can connect the base station for your handsets to that. You can also request one free digital voice adapter and that enables you to locate your handset base station elsewhere within your home.

This digital voice setup video might give you a better idea. Post back if you've any further questions.

Thanks

Neil
