My aunt has recently been switched over to the digital landline. We noticed that voicemail kicks in after a few rings and she wants it to stop. I'm a manager on her BT account and was led to believe voicemail could be turned off in the Digital Voice settings, but I can't find it. It will be a few days until I can manage up and turn off voicemail from her phone, so it would be easier to do it in her BT account. She wouldn't know how to do it on the phone herself. My question is, can it be done remotely or will I have to wait until I visit her? Thanks.
