Hi
Got sent a new hub for digital voice. Swapped out old hub ,new hub worked ok then started getting internet drop out
Hub light stays blue. Outage stays for about a minute then auto reconnects. Reconnected old hub everything good.
Is there any settings to change on the new hub. No info came with new hub only diagram showing connections which was same as old hub plus phone connection.

It should need any new settings. Make sure everything is connected securely.

If everything is connected securely on the new hub, and you still see drop outs, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can look into this further for you.

If your old hub was a Smarthub 2 you can continue to use that. You only need to change it if you have a Smarthub or earlier BT hub.
