No landline phone

EDIT as cant delete found another post apparently we can't manage her call features now as she has no broadband😡 Trying to help elderly mil out we manage her bt account for her and since the app and website got updated it says she has no landline phone. She has not gone digital as she is 80 and has no internet and when I try to manage her call features like blocking scam numbers it says she has no phone package? She has as we can ring her and she can ring us and I can see her bill. What ever changed also confused her as she now needs to input local area codes so has been using ring back now which obviously she is billed for. We have a digital line at home as we have bt broadband and know we have to use local codes.

Welcome to the community.

I can completely understand how confusing this must be for your mother-in law, and appreciate you trying to help her with it.

It's a good sign that the landline is working for incoming and outgoing calls. The best advice I can give, is to speak with our customer support team so that they can check how everything is set up from our side and try to get it working fully.

Please keep us updated with what happens.
