If I am on fibre essentials plan, £16 a month and I wish to call a Republic of Ireland landline from Northern Ireland is this included in my call plan or is this chargeable ?
I have been calling the last 2 years with no charges but tonight I experienced a message saying this is an international call and is barred ; called up and spoke to an agent who told me it should not be chargeable and that she would remove the bar but I have some hesitation that it is included in the call package.
