On my Premium Phone Trio can't access answer phone anymore

I have answer phone messages I can't access.

When I go to view messages it says "Another handset is using this feature ". I get the same message on all handsets.

Hi @Dlhumphris. 

Thanks for coming here. 

I'd recommend unplugging the main base stations power adapter from the socket for a few minutes. Please then plug it back in and let us know how you get on.
