Ongoing fault with brother's landline

On the 15th of July I reported a fault on my brothers phone, he lives in sheltered accommodation.

He has learning difficulties and also is early stages of dementia. Contact is really important .

In spite of repeated calls  to BT the fault has still not been corrected. This is causing him a lot of upset since he has difficulty using a mobile phone.

Re: Contact us: how to speak to a real person

Good morning @hughanntr20cor.

Welcome to the BT Community Forums.

I've edited your post slightly here, as we recommend not to share any personal details in public view, and also moved it out to its own thread so we can make sure it has its own dedicated place.

So we can take a few more details about this, I've popped you over a private message, too 😊
