Phone lines
Just recently been evicted from a property and had to move back home to my mums.
She already has sky phone fitted and is still in contract till September.
Is it possible to have a bt line fitted in a house that already has sky phone and Internet fitted?

Re: Phone lines
Assuming you are a BT Retail customer, and have to do a home move, then yes you can move your service, but you need to make sure you tell BT that your want an additional line installed, otherwise the existing Sky connection would be ceased.

Re: Phone lines
Well I will be at my mums for a good few months while I save a deposit for a flat. Having to start again with practically nothing.
So I just need to ring BT and ask for an additional line. One will be for sky one for BT?

Re: Phone lines
Yes, you can have as many lines from as many ISPs as you like as long as you are happy to pay for them.

Re: Phone lines
Hi @muddyroads and welcome to our community.
I'm sorry to hear you've been evicted from your home. @licquorice and @Keith_Beddoe advice is good. You can place a homemove order online if you wish but as stated please make sure you order an additional line. Let us know how you get on.
Cheers
David
