Has anyone in the recent past got through to BT Customer Services - I have tried for most of the day, often holding on for 45 mins + without success/ For a telecoms company , they are shocking at answering phone calls! I've tried at different times of the day, but it's always the same thing , piped music and recorded waffle - but no human being!
