Hi,
I have a BT Smarthub 2 and am trying to set up my Polycom VVX 150 IP phone. The phone connects via ethernet rather than the green phone port on the Smarthub. I have a dial tone on the phone but can’t make or receive calls on the phone.
If anyone has suggestions as to how to set this up properly that would be most appreciated.

It won't work with BT Digital Voice, you'd need to sign up to a third party provider and use their settings on the phone.
