Problem with BT8600 Phonebook and Call Guardian on FTTP

Hello

I have a strange problem with a BT8600 dect phone on FTTP when connected to a Zyxel Router using VoIP (Tried multiple Voip providers)

When a phone number is in the phonebook and the call guardian is activated the phone rings and the name is displayed on the phone. If the call is not answered and is terminated the phone stops ringing.

If I remove the phone number from the phonebook with call guardian enabled then I have to announce my name and then press the hash key to get connected. Once connected the telephone rings and displays the number and the word "accounce" (or something like that) but when the caller ends the call the telephone keeps ringing.

If I add the number back into the phonebook then the phone rings without activaiting the call guardian and if the call is not answered and is terminated the phone stops ringing.

There seems to be something with the call guardian feature that is stopping the ringing to end when the call is terminated (or the caller hangs up).

Any advice on how to resolve this problem would be most appreciated.
